Pass it through untouched?

In this setup, a curled aluminum pipe with a radius of 1 cm was used. There is a lever (with a radius of 2 cm) that can pass through this pipe. The user is asked to bring this lever to the end without touching the aluminum pipe. When it touches, the device makes a sound.
