Temperature Fallacy

With the Temperature Illusion device, differences in perception of temperature can be felt by touching surfaces at different temperatures. The rings side by side on the device are kept at different temperatures in 3 different regions. When the person touches the region at normal temperature from the hot region, his/her hand feels cold, and when he/she touches the region at normal temperature from the cold region, his/her hand feels hot. There are also 3 digital indicators showing the temperatures in the system.
